How do I change or update my contractor's contact information.
Go to your contractor's page and update their contact information.
Now that you have added your first contractor, there are two options to update their contact information in MySubTracker. The first way is for you to manually update the information on behalf of the contractor. The second is for the contractor to update their information via the email invitation that was sent to them. To update Contractor information manually, click on the “Pencil Icon” on the contractor card. This will take you to the edit screen where you can add all the important contact information you might already have. Please note, by adding the insurance information, MySubTracker will send a reminder email to the contractor’s insurance agent when the certificate of insurance is about to expire. We want to make sure everyone is notified of the expiration as to get it updated as quickly as possible.
