How does my Contractor updates their contact information?

Each time you create a new contractor and enter their email address, your contactor is sent an email invitation from MySubTracker with a link to enter their personal portal. Note: The email may go to SPAM, so they will need to double check their junk/spam folder for the invitation there if it doesn’t show up in their normal inbox. Once they click the “Link” they will go through a security verification using their cell phone number to verify access. Once they have been verified, they will have access to the Contractor Portal. Inside this portal, they can update their contact information as well as load up the requested Form W9 and Certificate of Insurance. The contractor portal automatically times out and sends a new code after 30 minutes of no activity.
