What do I do when a document is uploaded?
If your contractor updated their contact information through their secure portal and uploaded the Form W9 and Certificate of insurance through the portal, then you will be presented with “Pending Verifications” on your Dashboard. This feature allows you, as a business owner, to review their input and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
