How to update the expiration email intervals.

Notification Settings – The system defaults to sending out email notifications
for any documents that are within those aging ranges. Your contractor will be
notified automatically once during each of the expiration periods until the
new information is provided and updated.

Fill out the “Name to Send Emails with” to add a more personal touch
to the emails that are sent out to your contractors. Click on all that apply or just one box you would like the frequency to go out. Also do not forget to add the email to whom it is going to.
