Tracking expiring documents and notifying the contractor to update their information is the most important task we are trying to accomplish at MySubTracker. As a default, the contractor is notified that their document, whether it be a Form W9 or Certificate of Insurance, is expiring when it reaches less than 60 days, less than 30 days, less than 15 days and on the day before it expires. These notification emails provide the contractor 2 full months of notice to get into their portal and update their requested documents. NOTE: If the insurance agents email is in the system, the insurance agent will be notified one time only when the certificate of insurance has expired.
