How to archive a contractor.
By default, whenever a contractor is "deleted" they are really just archived.
Contractor settings defaults to “Archive” when removing contractors. This
way the data is stored and not deleted. Should you choose the delete setting,
it will completely delete all data and documents for that contractor.
